🥪 Sandwich Satisfaction Policy
At A Taste of LA, we take great pride in crafting every sandwich with the freshest ingredients and the highest care. Your satisfaction is our top priority.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of your sandwich, please adhere to the following:
- Report the issue immediately: You must contact us or bring the sandwich back to the store within 30 minutes of purchase or delivery receipt.
- Provide the item: We require the uneaten portion of the sandwich (at least 75% remaining) and your receipt or proof of purchase to assess the issue.
- Resolution: Upon verifying the issue, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A replacement of the same sandwich, made fresh.
- A full refund for the purchase price of the single item.
Note: This policy does not cover issues related to general flavor preference (i.e., you ordered a specific item but decided you did not like it), nor does it apply to items consumed beyond the 30-minute window, or where the majority of the item has been eaten.
